Avocado & Banana Smoothie

A quick favorite of mine before this 21 Day Detox has been the Avocado Banana Smoothie.

Recipe:

1 Banana

1/2 an Avocado

1 Cup of Spinach

Fresh Ginger (we like a lot – my husband asks for extra!)

1 tsp Cinnamon

** Once I added blueberries for a delicious addition. Another time I added a serving of Chia Seeds (6 grams of protein – Woah !)
